Dib points at an obese-looking Zim and cries “You’re a hideous blob of stolen organs!”
Zim defends himself with “I’ve been working out” but as he says it, his cheeks bulge and he barfs up a long intesinal-looking organ, which unrolls across the floor. He sucks it back up like spaghetti and smiles, revealing a mouthful of organs.
